Abstract

The study aimed to determine the influence of employees' trust in management on organizational citizenship behaviour and the employees' grit. Literature was reviewed to deepen the concept of the study. The study used descriptive assessment and correlational research design and thus, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The study population consisted of employees of the institution where the study was conducted. Questionnaires were used to gather the data. The study found that employees' trust in management, organizational citizenship behaviour, and grit were high. The correlation analysis suggests that there is a significant correlation between employees' trust in management and organizational citizenship behaviour but no correlation with the employees' grit. The study recognized its limitations. It recommends further studies to include wider respondents and more variables related to employees' trust in management.
