The study aims to examine the effect of bureaucratic and humanistic leadership styles on the innovative work behaviour of employees. To deepen and establish the concept of the study, the literature was reviewed. The study sued descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study is the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag and the data were collected through research questionnaires. The study found that the bureaucratic leadership style is high and the humanistic style is moderate and thus it indicates that bureaucratic is more dominant than the humanistic style. It further found that there is a significant correlation between both leadership styles and innovative work behaviour. Then the hypothesis of the study is accepted.
