The study examined the influence of employees' participation in decision-making on their work engagement. Literature was reviewed to deepen the concept of the study. The population was all the employees of the institution and questionnaires were used to gather the data. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The study found that employees' participation in decision-making and work engagement was high, however, the Pearson r correlation found no correlation between employees' involvement in decision-making and work engagement and therefore, the hypothesis is rejected. The study recognized its limitation because of its limited population and the variables measured. It is important to conduct further studies to include a wider and bigger population and more variables that affect work engagement.
