Literature was reviewed depending on the concept of the study. The study used descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study is all the employees of the institution where the study is conducted. Questionnaires were used to gather the data and inferential statistic was used to analyze the data. The study found that innovative work environment and work motivation are high, while organizational commitment is moderate. However, the correlation analysis indicated that a creative work environment is not associated with work motivation and organizational commitment. The study recommends further study on other organizational factors that influence work motivation and organizational commitment like ethical leadership, financial rewards, and job satisfaction.
