The study aimed to examine the effect of employees' participation in decision-making on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. Literature was reviewed to deepen the concept of the study. The study applies descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population was the employees of the institution where the study was conducted. The data were gathered using questionnaires. For statistical analysis, the weighted mean and Pearson r correlation were used. The study found that employees' participation in decision-making, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour were high. However, the correlation analysis suggests no correlation between employees' involvement in decision-making and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. Thus the hypothesis is rejected. It is important to study other variables that affect organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour.
